Refining & Redefining Wholesale French Wine

Quality, Sustainability, & Profitability In Every Pour

58 Fahrenheit is dedicated to offering premium French wines in eco-friendly kegs, introducing a new standard of the wine by the glass experience while reducing waste to boost your bottom line.

Our founder, Mariano De Raczynski, spent years owning and operating restaurants and bars across the U.S., where he experienced firsthand the frustrations of the traditional wine market.

Determined to fix the inefficiencies and challenges of serving quality wine by the glass, Mariano envisioned a solution that could benefit not just his own businesses, but the entire industry.

Wine service in the U.S. was complicated—clunky metal kegs, wasteful processes, and inconsistent quality made serving great wine harder than it should be. Mariano asked a simple question: Where could you find premium wine, served easily and sustainably, without sacrificing quality?

The answer was to bring exceptional French wine from Burgundy to the U.S. in a practical, recyclable keg—making wine service easier, fresher, and more efficient for everyone.

What started as a fix for one restaurateur has grown into a brand dedicated to helping businesses serve better wine, more profitably, with less waste. At 58 Fahrenheit, we’re proud to offer a smarter way to pour exceptional wine.

Born from a passion for great wine and a commitment to innovation.

We want every pour to be exceptional, and with our eco-conscious approach, we’re making that possible.
