Our Site and Services are intended for use only by licensed wholesale customers within the United States. You must represent a valid licensed business, wholesaler, or trade customer to submit inquiries, request quotes, or place orders. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

 2. Ordering and Payment

Currently, orders may be placed through our inquiry or quote system. In future, we may accept online payment directly through the Site. By placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

All sales are subject to approval and compliance with applicable regulations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping timelines, prices, and methods will be provided on your quote or invoice. All delivery dates are estimated.  
**We are not liable for any delays or damages incurred during shipping and delivery caused by third-party carriers.** Adult signature may be required upon delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business as importers and service providers:
- **All sales are final.** No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for any products, including wines and tap machines.
- You acknowledge that all products are officially purchased from our winemaker/supplier partners, and we serve as an importing and facilitating partner.

If you believe a shipment was significantly damaged in transit, please report this to us and the carrier within 48 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, logos, images, and designs) is the property of Chief Marketing Officer Krystle Carbuccia or used with permission.  
**You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent.**
